Waaree Renewable Technologies Reports Record Q2 Revenue and Profit Surge

Waaree Renewable Technologies announced its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹774.78 crore for Q2 FY26, marking a 47.73% year-on-year growth. Profit after tax soared 117.40% to ₹116.34 crore, while EBITDA surged 120.69% to ₹157.94 crore. The solar EPC firm's first-half revenue reached ₹1,377.97 crore, up 81.12%, with PAT climbing 148.21%.

The company holds an unexecuted order book of 3.48 GWp, with a bidding pipeline exceeding 27 GWp. Recent projects include a 1,218 MWp solar power installation and a 29.4 MWp venture. Expansion plans include 65.5 MWp solar plants in Maharashtra and Rajasthan, alongside diversification into battery storage and data centers.

India's renewable energy capacity hit 256.1 GW as of September 2025, with solar contributing 127.33 GW. CFO Manmohan Sharma credited execution prowess and favorable market conditions for the stellar performance.
